ONLINE SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS
FOLLOW THESE 3 EASY STEPS:
Step 1: Visit www.viva.com/ph/vivamusika2020 and fill out the VIVA MUSIKA 2020 Search for Songwriters Application Form
- 1. Type in your information and complete contact details in the form.
- 2. If you have co-writers, click the ‘add collaborator button’ to enter their contact information. [Please take note that the co-writer/collaborator must submit a separate application form. There’s no need for the collaborator to do STEP 2 & 3]
- 3. Once everything has been filled-out click SUBMIT and then proceed to STEP 2.
Step 2: Prepare Song recordings and Lyrics for upload
- 1. The applicant must prepare at least THREE (3) songs in mp3 format not exceeding 5mb each. (One mp3 file per song).
- 2. Title of the audio file should be in this order: NAME OF COMPOSER – TITLE OF THE SONG
- 3. If the song has more than one composer, type in the surname of each composer separated in commas followed by the title of the song. (Ex. DELACRUZ, REYES, SORIANO – TITLE OF SONG.mp3)
- 4. Prepare the lyrics of all the songs in ONE (1) document file (preferably in Microsoft Word Document format.)
Step 3: Uploading of audio files and lyrics via email.
- 1. Using the email address indicated in the online application form, open the email site and then create new message.
- 2. In the subject line, type in your complete name.
- 3. Upload and attach the THREE (3) audio files and the lyrics document file.
- 4. Address the email to “vivamusika@viva.com.ph” and then click SEND.
