No one’s stopping Noelle Cassandra from performing live at Gateway Mall, not even the heavy rain! Last June 19, this talented young artist performed for a father’s day special engaging the audience not only with her beautiful voice and music but with her kind and sweet personality.
She played a solo act this time without her band with her, which made the show full of serenity from the music that came from her harp as her fingers strummed and plucked through the strings that guided her through such beautiful rendition of the songs she had lined up. Her first song was her version of Runaway originally from The Corrs. It was beautiful! Simply beautiful. Her style of music has brought a heavenly feel to each song that she played.
In between songs, Noelle loved to talk and joke around with the audience which made the show more comfy for everyone. She made the people guess where she came from, some said China, some said France and the correct answer was Vancouver Canada! Yes! Classically trained with a Bachelor’s degree in Music from the University of British Columbia (Canada), She is now back to the homeland of her parents and wishes to share her talent and music to us all.
Noelle also tried to interact with the audience by playing a “Bring me” game in which most kids participated. The category was mostly about fathers since it was a father’s day special. The children looked so adorable as they rushed and brought the items and even their fathers to the stage as Noelle gave her go signal.
Noelle then asked the audience who their favorite American Idol was. This was her introduction to the next song she was about to play. Her version of David Cook’s "Come back to me" and it was definitely heartfelt! Her rendition was amazing! She ended her show with a repeat performance of the song Runaway since it was a crowd’s favorite. Completing six songs all in all, she did soothe the crowd with her beautiful singing voice. She’s definitely an angel of music as she plucks those strings from the harp.
The show ended then proceeded to the meet and greet session including autograph signing. We’re sure to see and hear more of Noelle in her up coming mall shows so make sure not to miss seeing her perform live!
